Jay was polite and responsive to our enquiry. He was down to earth and his authentic self which we appreciated. He clearly had developed a good professional relationship with the vendors. He was very clear about the situation with this property and its owners which was helpful. He talked to us knowledgeably about the local housing market. He arrived promptly for our viewing.

Grace Betts is a a super property manager. She's calm, proactive, and very competent. She also picks up the phone! And she gets things fixed the very same day: which is completely exceptional, in our experience. We had several snarl-ups with our buy to let and Grace has sorted them all out. It's great to feel our property is being managed by such very safe hands.

GoogleConnells have proven to be a quick paced positive experience for anyone looking to rent property within the Herefordshire area. We have been shown around a couple of properties in good time, and once our application was in, communication about progress and and queries were relayed to us very quickly, meaning a smooth admin process for us (and hopefully for Jazmine and the team!) We had dealings with Jazmine and Marley, both of whom are very polite, knowledgeable and professional in their dealings with clients. We appreciated the advice provided and the information about the processes Connells have in place for renting. Our application process was roughly two-three weeks (although aware this may be different depending on the customers personal circumstances). Very happy to have moved over to Connells letting and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the local area. Thanks to Jazmine and the lettings team for ensuring out move was as stress-free as possible.

The frustrating experience of dealing with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent for 4 months and an accounting team who hadn’t chased the debt, contacted the guarantor or provided an account statement during the period. I was most frustrated when calling the area office. However, Rebecca answered my call and listened to my issues, heard my frustration and took the time to agree a course of action. Not only did she accurately outline the situation, advise what steps she would take to gather the information and committed to contacting me with updates. To be called back with an update was most refreshing and unusual having previously left more than 5 messages for a manager and not receiving a call back.

A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

GoogleI decided to use the services offered by Connells in Hereford to find a new tenant for my vacant property. From start to finish my experience was flawless. An agent did a valuation of the property and within hours the house was on the rental market. Jazmine was my agent, and she was absolutely outstanding. She clearly and thoroughly explained the processes involved and kept me very well informed at all times by phone. I was present during the viewings with Jazmine and I found her to be extremely professional with clients. She made sure all the details she was relaying were correct and asked all the important questions to ensure we got the right tenant. She is a lovely, friendly, professional, highly motivated lady - an asset to Connells. I felt she genuinely wanted to find us the best tenant possible and nothing seemed too much trouble. I felt confident that referencing and checks were all being done to the highest standard. When the first batch of viewings didn't produce a match she arranged another day of viewings and reassured me that we would find someone suitable. We did! The tenant finding service saves the landlord so much time and hassle. The excellent reference checking weeds out anyone unsuitable and is worth every penny that you pay. The document signing is very user friendly and email communication is outstanding. Jazmine always phoned me if there was an issue to sort out and problems were tackled immediately. I think one of the most impressive attributes Connells has is the motivation to get things moving quickly, with no timewasting or unnecessary delays. The rental team is high energy and very helpful. This attribute is hard to find and often absent in so many companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Connells to anyone - 5 star service.
