GoogleChirs Tim Maddie and Tara .......the team at chancellors are all amazing, they do exactly what they promised me after my first meeting, they are polite and very professional and careing which takes some of the stress out of selling your property and purchasing another home. I would totally recommend them first to anyone who are looking to move.

Negotiator Maddy Morris-Shepherd confirmed my viewing with a friendly phone call. and (with colleague Paige) gave a similarly warm welcome at the property. Leading, Maddy showed clear commitment to vendor's interests, but with a fair and balanced presentation. Chris who arranged the appointment was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property too. Impressive!

GoogleWe were 5 mins away from turning up to view a property that was no longer on the market, hadnt been for weeks but still booked us to view it. Only learned this when I had to call the estate agent as we were running late. They lied and said that WE had already cancelled. Imagine if we had turned up at unexpectedly at these poor peoples home. Incompetent company.

GoogleAll my dealings with Chris, wether it be in the branch office or when he visited my house to give an evaluation, l always found him to be polite, friendly and very professional. Although l did not go through with the sale of my place just yet, he gave me a lot of info to ponder !

GoogleOften not a fan of writing reviews and have never complained in my life. But this company tops it, would absolutely not recommend. One word, 'No human/moral/legal' face. Absolutely out to rip you off and do so with a smile.
