GoogleThe team at the Hereford branch itself were helpful enough, but if you are a landlord looking to use Chancellors as agents and managers, needing to deal with their central office and management team, then do so at your peril. On many occasions I've had to chase for simple confirmations, updates and owed payments for weeks. I've been told information that was factually incorrect more than once in my dealings with Chancellors. I'm sorry I didn't go with the agents I've just switched to from the beginning. I would certainly not recommend them.

She listens to what we are looking for and has shown us a great range of properties, always asking questions about what we are looking for, and suggesting other properties that might fit our criteria. She is friendly, personable and very informative. Communication is always efficient and we’ve found it very easy to arrange viewings with her.

GoogleI viewed a property in Ledbury recently with Hereford based estate agents, Chancellors. It was senior sales negotiator, Chris, who showed me around. Although the property wasn't quite what I was looking for, Chris provided very professional and knowledgeable advice as we toured the house. He was polite and informative and also patient as I had my 6 year old Son in tow. Full marks to him for his stellar service.

GoogleAlthough I still haven’t found a property due to the current demand, Chancellors have gone above and beyond in trying to secure a property for me. Most of my dealings have been with Chris ,who is the only agent of the many in Hereford ,who contacts me on a regular basis to update my requirements. He is unfailingly polite, pleasant and knowledgeable and conducts viewings in a highly professional manner.

Google****UPDATE**** After an initially positive experience all my emails to follow up with regards to information that I was told would be forthcoming have been ignored. An initial call was taken last week and I was promised some information would be sent and I would receive a call back - since then neither has happened. 2 follow up calls have simply resulted in the same thing - no one available but I will apparently receive a call back (That doesn't materialise). It's been just about a week now of being ignored and I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism, especially after such a positive initial experience. ********************************************** Just enjoyed an initial phonecall/enquiry about rental properties but Bethany, the lady I spoke with, could not have been more friendly/helpful. She listened carefully to my requirements, asked insightful questions and her demeanour generally was friendly and competent. Based on my initial experience I would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWe were a buyer with RBB Hereford, Lucy Parry was the estate agent that dealt with us throughout the house purchase. Her knowledge, customer service or attention to detail, were second to none. Throughout the process we were constantly informed of any change and updated regularly. On occasions even before our solicitor informed us! Lucy made a stressful and demanding experience of purchasing a house a genuine pleasure, thank you.

GoogleEveryone I have spoken to at Chancellors has been lovely and very helpful. They are quick in responding to any questions you may have and keep you up to date on how your sale is going. However, when we found a buyer and were passed on to chancellors sales progression team it was a different story. Unlike the team at Hereford, these people were unhelpful and frustrating to work with. A couple times when I called them they answered the phone with ‘alright mate’, obviously not expecting it to be a customer on the line. Very unprofessional. It’s a shame that the sales team could not match the great service that we got from the Hereford branch.
