GoogleI've telephoned the general HQ two days in a row requesting to view a property but haven't had any response from the local branch. I wonder if the vendors realise they're missing out on a potential sale because of Chancellors poor customer service?NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleInitially very keen, then when they have high level interest in a property they do not call back or reply to emails, poor service, would avoid in the future!

GoogleGot to give a massive shout out for Lucy at the Hereford branch. A breath of fresh air and how all estate agents should be. From the first visit to my new house right up to the purchase she was professional, personable and efficient (unlike your conveyancers, that's another story). Despite my often frustrated calls and emails, she was open, polite and patient. And, very importantly, she was honest too. This is how to sell a house, Lucy style.

GoogleI keep getting emails claiming I owe rent, I send proof it's paid, they accept it and send another email with a changed date. Every time I call them they don't call back. Tenancy renewal was difficult due to their lack of communication.
