GoogleExcellent service - both buying a house and then letting it out. Thank God I walked through that door when I did! The professionalism of Gina, Mark, Marcus and Jake is a real bonus. They cut through paperwork, bluster and BS and are always hands on. They work on the case thoroughly - with early starts and late evenings and are pleasant and personable with it. I recommend Connells Hereford with the greatest joy.

GoogleChose to go with connells estate agent to sell my mother's property, a decision that I would make again in a flash nothing was too much trouble. They priced it accurately, photos, videos and description was spot on. Mark, libby and lavinia were very professional, libby kept us updated from start to finish and dealt with all quieres promptly. GoogleFollowing bad experiences with 2 estate agents since, I have to say that Connells (hereford) were absolutely fantastic throughout my tenancy. Everything was straightforward, the one repair we required was attended to quickly and conveniently. Inspections well organised, correct processes followed in all instances and best of all, no battle to get the deposit back upon moving out. In fact from the initial consultation, guiding us through the process through to finding and vetting tenants and them actually moving in was completed in 10 days. GoogleConnells recently sold my late father's property after only a few days on the market. They priced realistically and the write up was accurate and the photos were beautiful. After a terrible experience with another estate agent it was a relief to deal with Connells. Would definitely use them again.

GoogleIf you are expecting miracles in communication you are on the wrong site, like most estate agents in Hereford, unless you are buying a home, the peasants looking to rent are pushed to the back of the queue, and they contact you when they feel like it, apart from the odd one that does have a registration form actually online it is a long winded process to even get started on renting a property. Get with the 21st century and have a form online so people can fill in all the information, like employment, salary and all the do's and don't of meg's backside.

GoogleWe used Connells letting service and I would definitely not recommend them. They didn’t inform us the tenants hadn’t passed the checks until just before the move in date. They didn’t update the tenancy agreement when some of the tenants left, despite numerous requests over a 18 month period. This invalidated our landlord insurance. The staff don’t take any responsibility and the area manager Chris Jones took over two months to respond to a complaint and the response didn’t address the main points. We gave notice and moved to a more professional agent and Connells haven’t updated their records so sent a rent arrears letter to the tenants. Very unprofessional and the staff really don’t care.

GoogleI have recently had the pleasure of letting a property from Connells and the Letting Dept have been fantastic. Jake and Cameron are such lovely, friendly and professional people. They worked hard to sort everything for us and were very helpful when we had a few hiccups going out of their way to find solutions. I would definitely recommend using Connells to either Let your property out or to let a property as they are a fantastic company.

GoogleWhilst the Lettings team in branch are friendly and attentive their remit is very limited. The company is let down by outsourced operations and call centres and departments spread across various cities meaning that lots of important communications are lost. My experience of Connells warrants one star because they lost a key to my property, allowed a contractor to enter without my knowledge and personal items went missing.
