Really saddened by the lack of communication for a rental property. All started really well, got a lovely phone call and had my details taken for a property my partner and I were very much interested in. I then received a call the following week, in which I unfortunately missed! I called back straight away and asked to be contacted again the same day. I was told I would receive a call back, in which I never did. Didn’t hear anything for a while. Submitted multiple requests and still nothing. After many attempts to get back to the letting agency, the property we were interested in has had the let agreed. Better communication needs to be had, we were ready to commit and it’s a shame that we weren’t spoken to as promised.

She gave us the opportunity to virtually view the property and sent across excellent views for our new place. I have recently used Connells to sell a property of mine in Herefordshire. From the start of our communications back before Christmas 2023, I noticed how professional, courteous and knowledgeable the team were. Definitely a 5 star experience. As landlords we have used Connells letting service in Hereford for a number of years. Their process of finding tenants is rigourous and also sensitive to peoples needs and situations. We have not used the full management service but have found them to be approachable and very helpful if we had a problem. While experiencing a couple of difficulties Jake has been particularly helpful and friendly while maintaining his professionalism. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Connells!
