GoogleThe initial response from Northwoods was at best poor. Wrong information given by staff on site and lack of politeness from agent. But they did ramp up a little towards the end

GoogleI contacted Northwood about renting a flat on a Friday morning, had an immediate response and arranged viewing 11am on Monday. Requested and received application form by Monday afternoon (would have received a call had there not been a mix up with my phone number). Tim at Northwood called at 8.55am on Tuesday morning, which was very helpful as I had failed to send the completed application properly. Resent the documents, Tim contacted the landlord, and the deal was done and holding deposit paid by 10am on Tuesday. Collecting the keys on Monday. This is not the service I experienced with other firms the Shrewsbury area. Superb, highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have recently had occasion to thank the staff of Northwood Letting Agents who made me aware of an obscure point of law that may well have had a very detrimental affect on my ownership of the property. This followed a chance conversation with them about another issue, which they obviously thought about and contacted me to warn me of the possible situation that might develop. It proved to me that they were truly looking after my interests!

GoogleAfter being made homeless due to living in accommodation supplied by my employer who sadly past away. My family of three children my wife and dog were left in a very serious situation. As a parent you never want to see your children upset and homeless then i found tim and the hereford team... Outstanding service quick to the point no messing around cant thank the team in hereford enough thanks guys

GoogleI used Northwood as the letting agent for our flat. They took a lot of the stress out of the setting up process. Northwood provided sound advice and guidance throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I remained with Northwood for the duration and they remained very efficient. When it came to selling they found me buyer straight away! A great company I would highly recommend.

GoogleCan't recommend Northwood Hereford enough ! lovely staff, polite, professional, always ready to go the extra mile and help with anything you need. Moving to the UK was a difficult process but the amazing people at Northwood Hereford helped me find a place and settle very quickly. Having tried a few other letting agencies in Hereford, I can confidently say that Northwood is the place you want to go to !!

I can truly say that the service provided is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and any requests that I make are always dealt with super quickly. The Team are very friendly, efficient and have a great sense of humour. There has never been any trouble with any of my tenants. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dear Mr Moore, your concern wasn't sent through to us from Google until now. We are very sorry for the mishaps on the day of the booked valuation. It was a very busy day and our team member booked to meet you unfortunately ended up having a complete nightmare of a day. As explained, car issues and long distances to travel in Herefordshire from one place to another made it impossible to attend the valuation. We always strive to go the extra mile for all our clients but in this instance outside factors got the better of us. We sincerely hope your day was fruitful and again apologise for not being able to attend on the day.

Suffice to say, now I am with another lettings agent, I can see exactly how amazing the team at Northwood have been throughout my time renting with them.
