FacebookI've just completed on the sale of my flat having previously used different agents in the town to unsuccessfully sell my flat last year. There is no comparison in the level of customer service and attention to detail. Contrary to other agents in the locality, all the staff are professional, competent, friendly and immensely helpful but in particular Karen, who was there every step of the way. Her guidance and tact between sale and purchase and sheer determination (in a gentle, non pushy way!) to see the sale through are the only reasons the sale completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Peers and Hilton to anyone wanting to move.

GoogleThe service attitude is extremely poor, and the experience I have with Tim Peers estate is terribly bad. We put aside our own stuff to view the property but were informed that there was no appointment. Malcolm Pitts who contacted us and arranged all of these stuff just disappeared after we booked the time slot to view the property. I have rent houses from different agencies for years, and none of agencies here will disappear after we arrange the time of viewing the properties. Extremely unprofessional attitude gives me reason to wonder whether subsequent process after signing the contract like maintenance will meet the standard.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
