They also handled the purchase of our new house, helping to smooth what was a challenging process thanks to the English property sale laws and chain-related events. Tim, Karen, John, Jacquie and Rachel all chipped in whenever needed and were always available, professional and helpful. I would choose them again!

GoogleDo not use these guys!!! In my opinion they are professional swindlers. Example: when I exited the flat they charged me for detergent being in the detergent tray declaring it as "soiled". From my experience the head of lettings didn't have a clue what he was doing and the director was evasive and incompetant. Their fees are way too high and their actual service throughout tenancy was non existent. You have been warned.

GoogleAwful service to tenants. I left a perfectly good flat just because I couldn't deal with their dismissive and condescending behaviour anymore.. a month to get keys to the main doors three word replies on emails pushy when they want something but not available when you need a reply charged for inventory when flat was advertised as “no fee” just all round worst agency experienced in the uk.
