Our experience with Tim Peers was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We got numerous valuations when we decided to put our house on the market, and there were various reasons we decided to go with Tim Peers. Ali O'Callaghan came to value the house and she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and generous with her time and advice. She was honest with us and we felt we could absolutely trust her from the word go. She made us feel like she was invested in representing us and that she genuinely wanted to a great job. Some other agents left us feeling like we weren't such a priority. The process to get the house photographed and on the market was seamless and speedy. By the end of that week we were on their website and on Rightmove. the photos were incredible and really showed the house off so well. We were bowled over to find that we had 3 viewings booked immediately, two of those with 2nd bookings booked soon after and then the first viewers made an offer, after just one week on the market. The process to completion was bumpy, as tends to be the case with house moves. However, we couldn't have asked for a better team. Everyone in the office was involved in some way - Ali and Rachael handled all the negotiations and never let anything slip or be left until later. They constantly chased up everyone's solicitors, and they really went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from an Estate Agent before. Ali did the first viewing for our buyers, and Lesley did the second, and I know they both did a superb job and took time to really understand the house and the area beforehand. Clare, Olivia and Rachel in the office were always super helpful if we needed anything and we just felt completely looked after in every way by everyone. It was a huge celebration when we finally completed and then moved a week later! We received a gorgeous welcome, and personalised gift from Tim Peers on move in day - what a lovely touch. We couldn't be happier with our new home - which coincidentally was also on the market with Tim Peers - so we had the pleasure of only using Tim Peers. I just don't see how any other Estate Agent could compare. Working with an all female team was also a real bonus!! Well done to you all at Tim Peers, what a team, what high standards and what a fabulous job you all do. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. If we could give you 10 stars we would! There were a couple of little unforseen issues that needed to be resolved prior to exchange and completion and the staff at Tim Peers were brilliant at helping me resolve them as quickly and smoothly as possible in the circumstances. We are using Tim Peers to let out our late mother’s house in Hart Street, Henley-on-Thames. We met with three agents in February 2024 before choosing who to place the property with and at that initial stage when we met with Ali, it was clear that Tim Peers were head and shoulders above the other two agents we met. We cannot express strongly enough how delighted we are that we chose Tim Peers. From our first meeting on 1st February 2024 until the tenants moved in today, 20th July 2024, the whole Tim Peers team have gone above and beyond to help and support us to get the property ready for the rental market. We haven’t let out a property before so it was all new to us. The team advised us on both the regulatory requirements and also what we would need to do to the property to give it the best chance on the market. Our mother had lived in the property since 1996 so there was a lot to clear and redecoration was required throughout. During the whole process, the team gave us clear advice, but it was always delivered with kindness. When we were ready, Tim Peers put the property on the market on the Friday afternoon and by Monday morning they had 9 viewings lined up, 8 of those viewed on the Tuesday and Wednesday and by the end of Wednesday we had four offers, each with a summary of the potential tenants. By Thursday we had found our perfect tenants, all done quickly, efficiently and painlessly, within a week. If you are looking for an agent who offers a top-notch service delivered in a personable way and with kindness, look no further than Tim Peers.
