GoogleWe had a property to sell during the pandemic. Charlie Chavasse and the team at Savills in Henley were very helpful throughout the whole process, advising on strategy for marketing the property through to managing the (COVID safety compliant) viewings and then coordinating with the accepted offer. Their advice led to a lot of interest in the property and the process from putting it on the market to completion only took just over three months. GoogleI recently had to sell my elderly parents house. I invited several estate agents to value the property, but I selected Savills in Henley as they were very quick to respond and very honest about their approach. The sale was complex, not only due to Covid, but also a difficult set of personal circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble, all my wishes were carried out to the letter. I was kept fully informed and felt reassured every step of the way. Which was helpful, as I was not able to go to the property myself. I would thoroughly recommend them. GoogleSavills are a trusted name when it comes to property so in moving to a new area from abroad, we had no hesitation in signing with them to rent a home. Tom Hyde was open, honest and adventurous in recommending properties with his local knowledge and expertise in the market. Our rental wasn't really complicated but was, at times, frustrating with a lot of going back and forth (can be expected). Tom was patient to explain all stages with clear deadlines for both parties. This meant we were confident that the right things were happening. Couldn't recommend Tom and Savills more. We're very happy in our new place - thanks Tom and the team!

GoogleSelling our house was a challenge that lasted the best part of two years. There were plenty of viewings and we 'nearly' sold on a number of occasions only to be let down by buyers not being able to proceed. Throughout this period, Linda remained positive and reassuring and when we did sell, she provided an always-available and constant channel for moving things forward. Without Linda's help, I'm sure we would still be selling rather than looking forward to a new life in South Africa. Thanks, Linda - you are a real professional.
