GoogleFrom meeting Charlie on a damp October day when he was far more enthusiastic about the cottage than the other estate agents who had visited through 49 viewings conducted in the wettest muddiest winter on record (thanks to Charlie, Adam, Nicola, Ryan and Claire for all those hours spent at Sheepbrook) Savill’s service, latterly from Adam, has been superb. Buyers were encouraged, I was kept well informed at every step of the way and the cottage was sold efficiently with great professionalism. Thank you all.

GoogleThroughout all the negotiations to sell my house and with many hurdles to jump, Victoria Knight has been there for me; guiding me through all the many steps that it takes to sell to the right buyer at the right price. I cannot recommend her and Savills enough. GoogleSavills did exactly what was on the tin ! They sold our house even before it went officially on the market for our exact asking price . They efficiently covered all attendances to the house concerning our buyers personal visits and with regard to the numerous surveys . We found Adam Sayers easy to deal with and acted upon our requests by email promptly ( even when unwell ) Well done Adam . One thing that you may need to consider is someone in the role of sales progression to monitor and keep clients updated especially when there is a long chain

GoogleWe could not fault Savills Henley from the very beginning of the process right through to completion. Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported by the whole team. A special mention goes to Charlie Chavasse, who was outstanding. We had a tricky chain, but he handled it all seamlessly. What could have been a very stressful transaction turned out to be smooth and much less daunting thanks to his efforts. Highly recommend!

GoogleI'm currently looking for a house to rent and out of all agencies I have dealt with in Henley-on-Thames area Savills, especially Monika Petrackova is most professional. She keeps in touch on the weekly basis and gets me informed straight away about right properties for me. The rental market is not in the best place at the moment, but Monika is able to arrange and accommodate viewings in convenient time, setting accurate property expectations and descriptions even before the viewing take place. She has good knowledge about the properties she showed me, always ready to check with the landlord in case of any queries. Even we haven't found /been accepted for the right property just yet, I feel very well looked after by Monika.
