Letting our house was not straightforward due to our vacation date and the tenants moving in date and there were a few technical issues to sort out but due to Tom Hyde’s innovation and help we managed. If there had been a less able person dealing with it I have no doubt we would not have completed the letting on time. I worked with Ryan from Savills when trying to buy our first house. Ultimately the sellers pulled the house from the market late in the process but Ryan was fantastic to work with throughout: - He was accessible and responded quickly by email and phone. - He gave us clear, simple instructions on what we needed to do and what the next steps were. This helped de-mystify the process for us first-timers! - He gave us regular updates whenever we reached a milestone in the home buying process or when movement slowed down kept in touch weekly. - When the sellers began debating whether to pull the house from the market, he convinced them to keep it on and gave them more tools to continue looking to buy their next property. We had an amazing experience finding a flat to lease with Tom and his team! They were all very organized, professional, and patient. I am new to the UK and unfamiliar with the leasing process. Tom was unbelievably helpful and made the experience a lot less painful than I thought it would be! We'll definitely be back to Savills with our next move! Update: Zero stars if I could. Unbelievably dishonest. They told me that the owner of our building was selling and it was an outright lie. They knowingly work with slumlords who won't fix basic things. Now we're getting revenge evicted because our landlord didn't want to fix the mold covering two walls of our flat. They are currently still advertising the place downstairs when they know there's mould & damp. I really thought Tom was a good guy, but I was very very wrong.NegativeQuality

Charlie Chavasse has been fantastic. He has dealt with the challenges and complexities of our sale (for which he was not acting) in a calm, professional and confident manner liaising with the people we were buying from to keep them up to speed and to keep the chain intact. He was easily contactable and returned emails and calls in a very timely manner. I would also like to add that the two ladies who showed us around Kiln Barn were extremely well informed and were able to answer all our queries abut the house. They had an excellent rapport with the sellers and made us feel very at ease. I cant remember their names but we looked at a LOT of house with a lot of different agents and they stood out for being in a different league of professionalism.
