Weekly stats reports and good feedback from the many viewings that were arranged. When a buyer dropped out just before exchange, Laura was instrumental in getting an alternative buyer in place and we got to a successful exchange in just three weeks.

GoogleHad an afternoon of viewings with Sam Hinton in the lettings team and he was very helpful as i was looking to relocate in the area. Was very helpful and knowledgeable about Henley. Also had discussions with sales team about some of the properties they had available and again seemed to show much more interest in their properties and applicants than other agents i have had experiences with locally.

FacebookI bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.
