Great from start to finish

My experience of selling our property with Boardwalk was great from start to finish. As a first time buyer buying a property from a seller using Boardwalk I was impressed with how professional, courteous and helpful the team were throughout the process. Boardwalk clearly represented the interests of the seller well but also helped us a lot as buyers and acted as trustworthy and impartial intermediaries between us and the vendor, at all times with a warm and proactive attitude. Boardwalk helped explain and manage the process, from first viewing (of many), to exchange and completion and went above and beyond several times with out of hours help and arrangements. Excellent service and thoughtful 'little things' done well. Rochelle handled our case and is an asset to the company. I met with Nick once and he was also excellent! I hope not to need to sell my new home for many years to come but if and when the day comes I hope to be able to benefit from Boardwalk's approach once more. I'd definitely recommend this agent to buyers and sellers.

Prior to this experience I didn't think it was possible to say that Estate Agents can be excellent - but Boardwalk really provided an excellent service throughout. They were responsive, professional and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We sold our house and bought our new house with Boardwalk and despite standard issues with solicitors, buyer etc, Boardwalk were the ones that we could rely on to help resolve issues in a timely and constructive way. If we ever sell again we will not hesitate in using them again and I will be recommending them to anyone buying or selling.

Having just bought my new property through and sold my old property through Boardwalk, I can thoroughly review them and strongly recommend them as they (it was Nick and Heather I dealt with mostly) were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Even though the purchase has some complications due to issues with the property that were beyond the agent's control, Boardwalk endeavoured to keep me informed at every step of the way. I was even able to get through on evenings and weekends when there was a critical issue to discuss---which is the complete opposite experience to any agents I have ever dealt with prior. Their rates at the time of sale meant they were better value AND yet they provided better service. Although we aren't planning on leaving our new house anytime soon, if we were, we would choose Boardwalk again without hesitation.
