Thanks for your reply. Confused... as I have searched your details and have never had you register with us, email us, contact us in general, view a property with us or a current/previous tenant. Therefore Coles Group do not warrant a 1* review from yourself, and will be reporting this to Google and request the review to be removed as it is slanderous and harmful to our business reputation.

GoogleCommunication needs to improve and tennant need to be kept more up to date to avoid frustrating communication issues. We spoke with management and hopefully things will improve from now on, but unfortunately for now I can only give 2 stars. Looking forward to give a higher rating in the future if the issues will be sorted.

GoogleAvoid like the plague. Rude, unprofessional, unresponsive and frankly awful.
Unfortunately this is a conflict of interest. I understand why you maybe upset as we had to evict you from your rental property as you completely trashed the house and was in breach of your contract by subletting. As an agency this is something we DO NOT tolerate and therefore I'm surprised that you expect us to be anything less that rude the we have to deal with people like you. As for unresponsive I feel your landlord would disagree as we responded quickly and efficiently with your court eviction and within the specified time and will never allow you on our rental books again! Plus they were so pleased with our professionalism they have continued to use us and gave us more of their rental portfolio.
