GoogleI recently had an experience to deal with Coles group. I must share what a fabulous bunch of people . Extremely helpful , very nice to talk to . It makes the entire process quite calm and simple. I have travelled over 24 countries by now and that let me move in and out of loads of place dealing with lot estate agencies but I can say my experience with Coles group has been the best so far. GoogleI have rented my flat with Cole’s for nearly 9 months now and the service has been excellent. Linda is always available to speak to when there are any issues or concerns and they have all been dealt with professionally and quickly. I receive regular updates on the property too. I thoroughly recommend using Cole’s if you’re looking to rent a property.

GoogleWe cannot fault Cole’s Group. They are always quick to respond to emails and any queries or concerns we have. We have never had such an experience before. Linda has been absolutely amazing with helping sort problems with our neighbours and other items around the house as quickly and efficiently as possible. We cannot fault Cole’s Group on their quality of care.

GoogleI have just completed the process of renting through Coles group, from viewing the property to moving in, Coles group were supportive and efficient. Every email and query were answered efficiently. Moving house should be stressful, however Coles group made it easy and quick. All the relevant utilities were contacted on my behalf and the referencing process was also very easy to complete using an app. I have never rented using Coles group before but will definitely look to use them again first if needed in the future.

GoogleHi ,was looking for a place to live near my children ,saw a lovely property ,and contacted the Coles group. A lovely young lady called Emily ,dealt with my inquiry and she showed me around the property. Courteous ,polite and friendly ,very helpful and answered all my questions and was understanding of my situation . Couldn't be more happy with Emily and the Coles group ,and great help from Linda also with helping with everything to run smoothly for me moving in . Would recommend them and the Coles groups.

GoogleI had rented a property managed by Coles Group for the last 7 months, and have been impressed with the service of the staff from the outset. Having had professional working relationships with estate agents in the past, I have found that some care for their customers, whereas others are out to make money at the expense of their customers. There are certainly estate agents around Maidstone who are the latter, but I found Coles to be helpful, polite, and efficient throughout my time there. I believe they are a family business which is evident through their approachability. I had help from Linda with maintenance, Emily with the outgoing process, and Sophie & Louise with general management queries. If you are in a position to purchase/rent a property based on the reliability of an estate agent, then I highly recommend.

GoogleLouise and Emily at Cole’s group were absolutely amazing during our house buying process! Myself and my partner were first time buyers and this was completely new to us , they were at hand whenever we needed them. I even called up a few times just for advice which they were happy to help with and really reassured us about everything. The process was extremely quick and we can’t thank everyone enough for their help!

GoogleWe rented a property for a year and a half under the management of Coles Group. They were always professional and hardworking, prompt and efficient and above all else - a really friendly bunch! Told me they would send me an application form to be completed & returned and then they will book a viewing. We are in a strong position to buy as cash buyers and they jave just lost a potential sale.

Communication was prompt and thorough and I was kept up to date with the process along the way. Within 3 weeks I was in the property! They made time for inspections needed on my end to ensure we could get those keys as soon as possible. I can't thank them enough for their time, effort and professionalism and can only only strongly reccomend using Coles Group. Thank you once again!

GoogleExcellent service from all the people at the Cole’s group. We had a less than ideal time trying to collate references from previous landlords which meant a quick turn around time once we got the go ahead. The guys did an amazing job of turning everything around super quick. The staff there were knowledgable, efficient and really personable.

GoogleReally disappointed in my experience with Coles. I booked a market appraisal which took place on the 10th of August, at the end of the appraisal I was told that they needed to go back to the office to do further research before giving us their estimated valuation - every other estate agent we had appraise the property did this research beforehand, which wouldn’t have really bothered me except I haven’t heard from Coles at all since.

GoogleVery unprofessional! After arranging another viewing I was told to be there within 10 mins, I rushed from one side of Ashford to another only to find the letting agent had already disappeared. It's frustrating because I could of been a potential tennant, and the letting agent could of waited for me to arrive, especially after we all had to wait for her to arrive the previous day, 10 minutes late!
Tyler, I have spoken to my colleagues who dealt with you on Saturday morning 11th August and they have advised me the following... You viewed the property in Ashford the day before (Friday 10th August) and called on Saturday morning at 9am requesting a second viewing. Saturday is one of our busiest days as you can imagine because everyone who works during the week arranges viewings on the weekend. My colleague was trying her best to deal with your request and it just happened that a member of staff was in the area and could allow access to the property before she had to drive back to Maidstone from Ashford for further viewings. You were given the choice of either meeting her there if you are close by for a viewing but had to be there within 10-15 minutes or arrange a viewing for the following week. You opted to meet her there latest 9.15am but as you mentioned above you did not make it in time. My colleague then waited an extra 10 minutes after that but as you still did not turn up she had to head back to Maidstone so she was not late for her following viewings. I fail to see how we were unprofessional when we gave you two options and you then failed to turn up to your viewing. You called the office again at 9.45am advising us that you were at the property but by that point you were 35 minutes late and the member of staff had already left. I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused but I do not think we deserve this review as we did our upmost to accommodate you.
