GoogleWell, I have looked through some of the reviews before i write my own and am most surprised that some have give 1 star. The Coles Group have managed my property for the last 10 years and have done a wonderful job. When a tenant needs to move on a new one is found after important financial checks, suitability checks and consultation being undertaken to ensure that a tenancy runs smoothly. I get a condition report annually and another in between tenancies which advises any action either the Tenants or I need to take. Everyone has been polite, responsive and helpful and am more than happy to give a 5 Star review. Keep the good work up.

GoogleI am a tenant in one of the properties managed by Coles and have been for 6 years. I usually speak to Linda who is very helpful and polite. She is always helpful if I have a query or need something fixed. I think there was one time when a message wasn't communicated to landlady but in 6 years that is good going.

GoogleWe have been working with Coles for almost four years now. They are very efficient and helpful whenever we have any issues. I always enjoy Linda’s visits twice a year. She is very pleasant and helpful, she always has great tips to share which I really appreciate! We are happy to continue working with Coles and Linda as long as we can!

GoogleWords can't even describe how unprofessional, rude and discriminating this organisation is! The lengths they're willing to go to based on lies is unbelievable, and to knowingly cause so much distress to an oap is disgraceful. This is just a word of caution as I'm sure they are lovely to their landlords and tenants as long as problems don't occur with a property. And Coles, before you attempt to write a personal rude reply, like you have done with the others (embarrassingly unprofessional), be forewarned that the newspaper will be my next stop .. with all the written evidence!

GoogleAs a landlord I’m very happy with coles.For me I just need clear communication and I get that every time from all the team. Linda(maintenance manager)is excellent & keeps me informed of issues and gets things done quickly. I have complete trust my property is being looked after in all ways!

GoogleColes have handled my rental properties and house sales for as long as I can remember, I would not go anywhere else. They are always polite and professional and keep me up to date with the changes in landlord law. Sophie and Louise are in particular very efficient.
