GoogleGo above and beyond any other estate agent! I recently let a property and Tayla and Stefano were amazing. I was also dealing with a sale of my own house and the sales team helped me have a more understanding. Will never go to anyone else!

GoogleCannot fault Your Move Hemel one bit! I recently was looking for a letting property and i originally dealt with a lovely lady called Tayla at the Hemel branch. She was so helpful with information and was very professional, polite and answered all the questions that i had. She made the process so easy and made it look effortless. Also had great advice from her manager about my current renting situation. Would recommend ten times over! Shame i can only give 5 stars!

I am leaving this review form Highview Maintenance, we are contractors for YourMove and on that particular time, it seems it was one of our members of staff who was heard swearing and not a member of YourMove staff. We would like to extend our sincere apologies to both the lady involved and YourMove. It was after hours and our engineer did not realise there was anyone in the building. He has been spoke to, and informed that it is not an excuse for bad language. He has agreed to be more mindful of his language in future. Sorry once again!

GoogleWe viewed a property through Your Move in early November 2017 and was greeted by a estate agent called Sarah and she was really friendly and informative to what we wanted to know. We had a second viewing and the experience was just as good as the first. After this we put an offer in on the property which was accepted. I was contacted by the Senior Branch Manager Shaz Ahmed who saw us all the way through the process up to exchange. Shaz couldn’t do more for us and went above and beyond what we expected! If we ever move again we certainly will contact Your Move and hopefully deal with the same people!

Dear Adrian. As explained the situation is a deposit dispute with your landlord. We cannot force the landlord, there is process that must be followed, before any funds can be returned. We are very sorry for the situation, but we are doing everything possible to get this resolved with your former landlord. After our lengthy conversation today, I do hope you can appreciate the issue is with the landlord and your review is a little unfair to the team in this branch as we are not to blame. We have tried to help you and have given you the details you need for the letting management centre, who are there to assist tenants with issues just like this one. We do hope this is resolved quickly for you and now that you have the full information I hope you can re-consider your review.
