I would like to personally thank Kylam and George of Your Move Estate Agents in Hemel Hempstead.
From my initial enquiry, right through to a successful purchase in the most timely manner, Kylam and George were exceptional in their customer service.
They were professional, affable and responded to any queries and correspondence efficiently and comprehensively.
As a FTB myself, they kept me fully updated throughout and explained each stage of the process fully. Buying a property is stressful enough but Kylam and George did amazing work in the background, reducing the stress and mental overload on me as much as possible. They were proactive in their efforts to ensure both parties were happy in the outcomes and timescales.
I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Your Move to others and in particular Kylam and George.
I would also add that anytime I called the branch all colleagues were so helpful, pleasant and a delight to speak to.

GoogleI had a very mixed experience with Your Move, Hemel Hempstead. When I first rented the property, the team was very helpful and responsive, and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, the experience after moving out has been completely different.
I left the property on 09/08/2025 and getting my deposit back took far longer than it should have, I only received it a few days ago. I also paid a full month’s rent and am still waiting for the refund of the extra days I paid for. I’ve been asking for this refund for weeks, but only the deposit has been returned.
What’s most frustrating is how difficult communication has become. They take ages to reply to emails, never answer the phone, and they only respond when they feel like it. It really feels like now that I’ve left the property, they simply don’t care anymore.
Overall, very disappointing after such a good start

GoogleI was very worried about the sale of my flat knowing barely anything since buying the property.
Shaz came in for a meeting and was massively helpful in getting my head around how to proceed and being clear and concise with costs and the process from start to end.
I had many questions throughout the entire process and Shaz was always readily available when I made a call and if he wasn't, always made a same call back typically within half an hour.
I can't explain enough the peace of mind this gave me throughout and he went above and beyond in terms of answering questions that were likely outside his remit and that I could've googled myself - but it always nice to ask somebody who knows the ins and outs for assuredness of which he gave me bountifully.
I would fully recommend YourMove and the team there and in particular thank Shaz for his excellent service. I couldn't be happier with how it all went - if you're looking for reliability, communication and outstanding care throughout then YourMove will meet your expectations and more.
