From my initial call to Jake and then meeting with Rebecca at my property, the options open to me as a first time Landlord were explained professionally and clearly and I was happy to work with them to market the property. Results were good and a new tenant was found extremely quickly. Thereafter I was impressed with the pace that the detail was worked through and a tenancy agreement was put in place. The total time from first contact to a tenant moving in was less than one week and I was kept well informed and provided an excellent service throughout. I would be very happy to work with the team at Haart again.
