Irfanali has gone above and beyond in helping me with my property when changing tenants. We only had a few days between the tenants changing and he personally ensured that we were able to find cleaners to do a deep clean and carpet clean at short notice for me and was able to secure it for me at a really good price. He also has supported me in finding people to do some aesthetic touch up work to make sure my property remains at a high standard. What is more, he also assured me that he would handle all discussions with the old tenants about the works but always had my best interest! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he always took the time to explain what the process or next steps were. Even when I was not available or out of contact he would summarise all information I needed in an email for me so I was never left chasing any information. He took all the stress away from me and made the process seemless and still is continuing to support me with my questions and and asks- always in an efficient, pleasant and professional manner. He is a true asset to the team at Haart in Hemel Hempstead and I would recommend him to any other land lords looking to have their property managed. Harrt were very helpful. I enquired about a property with them and was called almost instantly by a gentleman by the name of Ryan tift , who was so helpful and very polite. Jake was very friendly, well presented and knowledgeable during our viewing and over the phone. I like how Haart only take on a certain number of viewings per property and let everyone booked get their viewing, even if offers have been made from previous bookings that day. Making it fair for everyone. Due to work and childcare restrictions it’s difficult to find a lot of time and we have missed out due to this. But feel confident haart can help us find a property due to the way they operate

Communication needs improvement. I am currently using this agency, and I want to leave an honest review. It is often very difficult to contact property management, calls are rarely answered. I have been waiting for my remote fob for several months still don't have it, and my parking space is frequently taken by another car. These issues are important and need better attention.
