GoogleWe decided towards the end of 2020 to put our lovely 4 bedroom detached house in a village near Mullion on the market. We had already heard that Mathers had a good reputation locally and we were not disappointed. They produced a fabulous brochure with excellent photos of our house and garden, and for a modest fee a superb video presentation. We had plenty of viewings, all from serious prospective purchasers and within a short time had several offers to choose from. The sale went to completion with no problems. GoogleMy wife and I started our search for a house on the Lizard Peninsula in January 2020 when we saw a house in Ruan Minor that was being sold through the Mather Partnership. From our first contact, Luke was extremely helpful, informative and professional and assisted with our first viewings. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus our first purchase fell through. Due to the lockdown and the fact that we live (lived) in Lancashire our next viewings did not take place until August, again one of the houses was being sold through the Mather Partnership. Prior to a live viewing with the owners, Mather’s had a superb virtual video (HD) tour on their website as well as the usual description and still photographs of the house. We decided this was the house for us and our offer was accepted. During this period we were in contact with Emma who handled the negotiations and went above and beyond the remit of an estate agent, helping us through all stages of the purchase in a cheerful, friendly, professional manner and all emails and telephone calls were replied to promptly. Baring in mind the country was still in the grip of Coronavirus virus restrictions, staff were being furloughed, having to work from home and there was general uncertainty as a whole, Emma and the other staff in the office were superb. It’s been a long road to getting our dream house in Cornwall and difficult at times but made much easier by Emma and the rest of the staff at the Mather Partnership. My wife and I cannot recommend them enough. Mark & Sue Hyde.

GoogleSelling a house is a project. Pete and his team from Mathers preformed like true champions. They achieved a great result, in a professional and timely manner. The whole team have a stand out work ethic and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. A special thanks goes to Luke who I believe was instrumental in the actual sale of our property. His work ethic and dedication to getting the right result, right through to the end, was outstanding. For the second time and again, I would just like to thank Pete and his team at Mather Partnership on the recent sale of our 2nd house. In particular I would like to thank Aimie this time for the fantastic work that she did in being our agent, achieving a sale price in a great time frame that we were happy with and for staying with us throughout the whole sale process. This is the second time now that I have used Mather and they have been fantastic on both occasions and would easily recommend them as my No 1 Agent. I say this with confidence having now dealt with other agents throughout Devon and Cornwall and in my opinion, they just don’t come close. An example being the professionalism in how they conduct themselves, the services that they offer and to me, the most important part being the, ‘Go to Attitude’ to get the best result they can with all parties in mind. Some would say a, ‘Win, Win Scenario’. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Mather Partnership and I hope one day they will branch out from Helston so that I can use them again should I do the buy/sell process again.

Helen is conscientious, hard working, always goes out of her way to help progress matters, very knowledgeable and a real steady pair of hands to guide negotiations. Without exception her colleagues were always helpful, friendly and polite, and clued up on where we were at with our process.
