My Partner and I recently sold our house in Helston, Cornwall with Luke and the team. We would both highly recommend The Mather Partnership to anyone looking to sell their home in Cornwall. Luke was our key contact, and he was excellent throughout the entire process and we can’t thank him enough. He was always incredibly professional, very accommodating and respectful to the fact we had 2 children with another on the way! He gave us clear, honest advice at every stage and was very transparent whilst always taking into consideration what was important to us. A massive positive was Luke’s unwavering local knowledge of the market and his awareness generally of what was happening, this paired with local connections really helped when we had questions about the sale and purchase of our new property. We were always properly informed without being bombarded with unnecessary updates and being able to facilitate block viewings was a life saver. Donna and Trafford also provided brilliant support throughout the process and the whole team were always very responsive, replying promptly to emails and calls, even out of hours when things came to the final stages with the solicitors, which again was massively appreciated. Brilliant local knowledge, great branding and marketing presence online and via social media, but most importantly genuinely nice people who really take pride in what they do. The whole team at Mathers was absolutely outstanding from start to finish of selling our property. Luke captured great photos and wrote a brilliant description that was accurate, yet positive to maximise the interest from buyers; so much so that we immediately had a high number of viewings and were able to sell for well over the asking price. The sale was managed expertly and communication from them was excellent; we were kept up to date at every stage of the sale and everyone we spoke to in the office was friendly and helpful.I would absolutely recommend Mathers to anyone selling a property in the area.

I have recently completed on a house sale which could have been very stressful as I live far away.However,Trafford,Donna,Luke and all the team at the Mather Partnership have been superstars throughout the process, which all in all lasted approx five months from first marketing the property.I have since learnt this is about right, but my impatience and frustrations were professionally and calmly managed at each step of the process by the Mather team.Particular shout out to Trafford - I think I have conversed more with him over past five months than anyone else and I shall miss our catch ups! I have recently bought a property via Mather Partnership. Donna Tyler was my point of contact. At all times Donna was professional, helpful and knowledgable. Her 'Can do' attitude was so refreshing, she really helped to smooth the whole process from beginning to end. Having bought and sold several properties over the years I have seen one or two brilliant Agents and I've seen some unprofessional behaviour from people who call themselves Estate Agents. Some of those need to pay attention to the way Mathers and in particular, Donna go about their business, this is how it should be done, with honesty, transparency and a desire to supply only correct and truthful information in a timely fashion, to the buyer. Mather Partnership is highly recommended and I won't hesitate to use them if I need to in the future.
