GoogleMy review is as a prospective buyer and can see from other reviews that sellers do seem happy with the service they experienced.
I called the office to enquire about a property for sale, they could not provide the information needed, as to how much land/space was with the property. We booked to view, this was difficult as there were no weekend appointments remaining and was told that viewings weren’t carried out after 4:15pm on week days. On whole days that we could free up a week in advance, we were told that there were no appointments.
Given most people work and the property is vacant, it seemed a little inflexible.
We arrived to view the property and were immediately told that we have 30 minutes before the next people arrived. We have met with many estate agents and the young man that showed us around seemed beyond disinterested. It was uncomfortable; on the brink of feeling like an inconvenience.
Maybe I’m a little old fashioned and expected more warmth and communication. Buying and selling a home is a big decision and the human touch is highly valued and was lacking in this instance.
Needless to say, as a potential buyer/seller, I wound not considering entrusting my house sale to them.
On the positive side, the confirmation of booking via email and the reminder sent a few hours before was most helpful.

We would always prefer to have a proper conversation about your experience rather than respond publicly here, but we will look into the matter on Monday when our team is back together.
In terms of viewing availability, we have to work around the specific instructions of our sellers, who may have particular preferences or restrictions for a variety of reasons. These arrangements are often outside of our control, though we always do our best to accommodate wherever possible.
We are also a busy office and, just like popular restaurants, appointments can fill quickly. We always aim to offer alternative dates to make things work for everyone.
We are sorry if the viewing felt rushed or lacking in warmth. That is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have, and we will review what happened to ensure any concerns are addressed.
We are pleased to hear that the email confirmations and reminders were helpful, and appreciate you acknowledging that part of the service.

I heard nothing until 17.24 on the same day , when I heard my phone just ring once then the caller hung up ? ( Mathers ) Not the service I expected from Mathers estate agents .
