FacebookMyself & my wife bought a house over the summer through John Mellor, Heaton Moor. They showed us around the house that we were then able to buy quickly. Their integrity, honesty and prompt work were very appreciated. Their answers to our questions were reliable & honest. They had a "can do" attitude about any subsequent visits we wished to make to the property after offer being accepted. They kept us informed regularly by email and phone of any developments. They gave us confidence that the house sale was in good hands. They also dealt excellently with out solicitors. Prior to encountering Wendy & Nick in May 2022, our house search had been quite difficult, emotionally draining and full of false hope. Wendy & Nick wiped this away with their refreshing and very much appreciated dose of honesty & humanity - thank you 😀

GoogleWaste of time - we saw a house we really liked and enquired on the phone about booking a viewing. When offered a viewing appointment we explained we were on holiday and asked if my parents could attend instead. Was told this was totally fine and arranged for them to go to view the property which they did. Called up to put an offer in and were told we weren't allowed to because we hadn't viewed the property personally! That's fine but why waste my and my parents time with a viewing, instead of being up front about that? It was the same guy on the phone both times.

GoogleHuge shout out to John, Nick and Wendy. They dealt with the sale of our late mum's property sympathetically and were always on hand from the first meeting through to completion. They made everything stress free and uncomplicated for us. I'd highly recommend and would definitely instruct them again in the future.

GoogleJohn Mellor sold my property in June. The service I had from them was excellent. Since then I have had contact with two other Estate Agents. Unfortunately neither were as efficient as John Mellor. The team were unfailingly courteous, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business.
