GoogleJohn Mellors were great dealing with the sale of my property. The initial contact with Nick was professional and efficient. Viewings were booked quickly and efficiently too making best use of time. When the sale was agreed their experience really shone through and Wendy was fantastic dealing with the other estate agents, solicitors, valuer and our buyer. When things got stressful it was great to feel the reassurance of dealing with an experienced professional and efficient team. If Wendy says she will do it then she does it, theres never any need to chase for updates etc as they are always forthcoming, meaning we were kept fully informed with clear and precise updates. A great, friendly and trustworthy team.

I walked in in January with a list of 10 houses I liked; and walked out in May with the keys to one of them (with Nick having found us a great buyer for ours in between). He, Wendy, John and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with - responsive, flexible and most importantly direct and honest. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Facebook5 Stars We chose John Mellor Estate Agents after inviting a few estate agents to value my Mums home. They were the most professional and experts in their field without a doubt. Nick, Wendy and John made the whole process easier during a stressful time . Communication was first class and I would say they are by far the friendliest team I have worked with in a long time .
