John and Nick supported me through the whole process of selling my late mum’s flat. I was constantly updated and they both went the extra mile to contact all parties concerned and kept everyone abreast of any progress. The property is a shared ownership so it was not a straightforward process, which involved dealing with 3 solicitors. John and Nick were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries or concerns and offer advice. I would not consider using any other agents in the area. You won’t get a better service than I received. If you’re thinking of selling - don’t hesitate. Just call them. You won’t regret it. Thank you to all the team of John, Nick and Helen.

Nick Taylor of John Mellor estate agents has recently sold a property on my behalf. Overall, I would describe the service as outstanding. From the outset Nick was quick to visit the property, gave an astute valuation based on sound knowledge of the local market, and once appointed, quick to get on with an effective marketing process. Once an offer was accepted, Nick kept on top of the work of the two solicitors and communicated effectively with the buyer to ensure things were kept moving.
