GoogleCan’t recommend John and his team enough. From the first phone call making enquiries to having sold our property took less than 7 days. The after sales support was amazing and Wendy was always at the other end of the phone when I needed any advice or just to rant about life!!!! GoogleWe sold our house through John Mellors, they were very professional, reliable from start to finish making sure we were very happy every step of the way. We had an offer put in within a week and a half of it going up for sale and they were there to advise us what to do next as we hadn't moved in 38 years. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Pleasure to do business with them.

GoogleJohn Mellors is an excellent estate agents can’t recommend them enough. Wendy was so efficient and kept us well inform of what was going on and things we needed to chase. They really did go above and beyond to get our house move done before Christmas in a long and complicated chain. Best estate agents we have ever had.

GoogleWe dealt with John Mellor Estate Agents as first time buyers and I can honestly say the process could not have been more seamless from them. We mainly had dealings with Wendy, who was brilliant. Very informative, friendly and was only ever a phone call or email away. She was always very quick to respond or advise if she wouldn’t be available. We also had some correspondence with John who was also extremely friendly and professional. Couldn’t fault them from start to finish. Our house hunting journey was extremely stressful and overall has taken the best part of 3 years, but having finally found our perfect home with John Mellor has made these final weeks so enjoyable!
