Working with Wood and Pilcher in Crowborough has been a great experience. I would highly recommend them, they're a professional team who offer pragmatic and honest advise. Thanks to Leon and the rest of the team for your help with our recent move.

We were so impressed with Wood and Pilcher. They are really efficient and did a great job of marketing our house, doing all of the viewings, and keeping tabs on the progress of the sale. Would highly recommend.

Awful communication

Awful communication. Both to me the tenant and to the landlord I was renting from. Kept being fobbed off with different answers everytime I communicated. Would not recommend rent g through them, they are clueless.

We sold our house with Wood&Pilcher in Tonbridge. The service we received from John and the rest of the team was personal, friendly and very professional. They found us the right buyers very quickly and made sure that the whole sale process was very smooth. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so so much!

Super knowledgeable and helpful team. Cannot recommend highly enough used to intially purchase a property and then sell the same propperty when moving on a few years later. Both times sales were quick and the whole team did there best to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.

Can’t put into words exactly how let down & unsupported we feel. We will NEVER have anything to do with company again. All smiles to your face but happy to feed you to wolves when they’re not making money out of you anymore!!

Have bought and sold a few houses through Wood and Pilcher in Heathfield and every time they've provided an excellent service and 100% professional. Wont sell any houses with anyone else now, unfortunately I might have to buy through other agents though!
