What sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants say, where the review tells us who wrote it.
We know that moving house is an exciting time and we're here to help you every step of the way whether you are selling, buying or renting. We offer all of the traditional estate agency services at a fair and transparent price. We have a small team of local property experts who live and raise their family in the area. We also never forget that our business would not be here without local people choosing to use Whitegates and so we support them back by giving our time and money to local sports teams, schools and other organisations. We would love to help you with your next move, so please call us on 01773 760311 or email us at heanor@whitegates.co.uk or visit our welcoming office on Derby Road, Heanor - you can park right outside the door!

GoogleVery helpful and always went the extra mile. When solicitors we’re giving us no answers, the staff here did. Made for a pleasant moving process. Will be using them if we move again. Thank you especially to Natalie who always stayed in contact with us. Great team.

GoogleGot sent an email asking to review Whitegates Heanor, which is fine except I've never heard of you and yet you think I purchased a house with you recently, which worries me slightly, so this review should come in handy to someone I imagine :P

GoogleRented a house from these and they were totally unprofessional. Gossiping about us to people viewing our house when our tenancy was up, sending rude emails. The living conditions were ridiculous and nothing ever got fixed in the house. AVOID AT ALL COST.
