We had a really positive experience with Chancellors, agent for our house sale. Right from the very start we were impressed. Alex came round to make the estimate, and he was very informed and had done his research, so we had confidence that we were placing the house in good hands. Chancellors did all the viewings, and seemed to have a good database and list of prospective buyers. The first offer didn’t proceed when the buyer pulled out early in the process, but a number of new buyers were rapidly found and we very soon sold and completed the sale. All the way through we had regular communication. We also used a conveyancer recommended by Chancellors, and they were excellent. First rate service throughout.

If I could give zero stars then I would. I sold my flat with Chancellors Headington and my experience was abysmal. I was given misinformation about the buyer and there was a complete lack of communication throughout. Cherry on the cake was being criticised by the Sales Director Alex Dimopoulos MNAEA for “phoning the office too many times”. My advice is to avoid Chancellors at all costs. I was not made to feel like a valued customer in any way.

Would definitely recommend Chancellors, they’ve been a massive help since we moved into our property just over a week ago. In particular Casey Gramson, our property manager, has been super, and has dealt with all of our requests effectively, and in a timely manner. I do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.

I went Into the office and greeted by an agent named Tiago. He made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to help me find a suitable accommodation. At times I felt that he cared more about helping me than myself helping me which I thought was very kind of him. For his age, Tiago seems to be well informed and knows the companies policies. If you are looking for a property in oxford then this guy will find you one.

Like any other agency they ask for references but nothing new. With Chancellors you get more help from the agents and are lovely and understanding. Chancellors helped me with renting a current flat where I live and buying a house that I am due to move in soon. I still remember the first day when I walked into the Chancellors Headington office a year ago. Being a stranger to the town, looking for a place to rent for a wife and 3 years old son, not familiar with the area, I had no idea where to start and walking into the Chancellors was one of the best decisions I have ever made. A Lovely lady called Olivia welcomed me and took my details and requirements, then found me a perfect matching flat on the same day. And a year later, when I decided to buy a first home, of course I contacted the Chancellors as I had no issues what so ever with this flat. A very professional gentleman Alex Bradley helped me above and beyond to find a dream home. Alex has a full of local knowledge such as catchment area for good schools which was a very important matter for us as Joseph was going to school soon. I was very happy with Alex's viewing arrangements as response was really quick and it was very efficient. For instance we did 6 viewings in 90 mins as Alex scheduled it so well. Every single houses Alex showed me was pretty much in line with my requirements so it was very difficult to choose one. His attention to details is excellent. Something I mentioned during the conversation which I don't even remember was already dealt with it. I strongly recommend anybody who is looking for a property to buy in this area should go to the Chancellors Headington Office and ask for Alex Bradley to be your agent if possible. Thank you Alex and Thank you Chancellors. You made my dreams come true.
