GoogleProactive, honest and personable, Will Powell provided exactly the service I was looking for in purchasing a house. He seemed to grasp my position very quickly at every stage of the process and this resulted in as smooth a process as could be expected. My queries were mostly answered very promptly and he, along with the Chancellors Headington Office, were very flexible with timings to view or access the various properties which piqued my interest. All in all I would be glad to work with Chancellors again.

GoogleMy husband and i have recently bought our first home through Chancellors. We dealt mainly with the sales agent William Powell who we were extremely impressed by. He was very helpful and always able to provide viewings even if they were late in the day or on a weekend. He was easy to communicate with via phone and always replied to phone messages/emails promptly. He had an extremely professional manner and was always very knowledgeable about the houses he was showing us around, which cannot be said about other estate agents we used.
Overall, we were extremely impressed by our experience with Will, he assisted in making the whole process of first time house buying a much smoother and enjoyable process for us both

GoogleThis branch of Chancellors has provided a SHAMEFUL service to us (group of students) and I recommend that students and landlords alike steer clear of this branch.
We have contacted Chancellor's seeking to arrange visits to a number of properties - we have been consistently told that they will call us back yet they never do. The inference must be that they are uninterested in successfully securing tenants for their landlords and that they have little concern for the quality of customer service which they provide to would-be tenants.
Given the £160 administration fee per tenant this level of service is particularly unacceptable.

GoogleI have recently bought a house through Chancellors in Headington and throughout received great help and support from Nick Lewis, who introduced me to the house with an open day. I liked it right away and he was instrumental in making sure I was able to secure the deal. Nick also showed me several other properties. He was informative and professional and was patient with me while I worked out what I was looking for. I was able to contact Nick when necessary and he was always able to answer my questions. Buying and selling can be a stressful time and I have been most grateful for the help I have had. I would definitely use Chancellors again, although hopefully not in the too distant future.

FacebookVery dishonest and unprofessional letting agents - possibly the worst of all. They have no clue what they are doing. Being a landlord for 10 years, I have never seen anyone like them and would definitely avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately, I had to learn it the hard way which costed me 2 months rent and loss of personal time chasing rent arrears from a tenant all because of their fault which they agreed to but gone back on it and denied to pay the losses.

FacebookI have genuinely never encountered such bad customer service. Once an offer accepted they literally don't care about their clients. They don't keep in contact or chase up the buyers and they hand you over to a separate office so noone seems to know what's going on.
