I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. If the state agents are supportive and helpful like Jack buying a house can be pleasent experience. It should say my overall experience is very satisfying. Thanks Jack

Most unreachable ever, unable to communicate properly. Organised a viewing without letting us know in advance. They were suddenly in front of the house with 15 people on a Saturday morning. Worst of all, they took over our parking space sublet and the income, even though we are still living in the house and they are not entitled to rent it out yet. This is a review for Bella Vickers who helped us find our next home. We first met Bella in Jan 2024 when we viewed a property on Old Road. We submitted an offer but alas we were not successful. Bella was very professional, polite and provided answers to all our questions. Subsequently we viewed several properties with Bella. She sent email notifications of properties that matched our brief, and very importantly called us when the final property we have offered on became available unexpectedly. Jack Williams has been a fantastic agent for us. Throughout our search he has been professional yet personable, knowledgeable about properties we've viewed and our search area, and excellent at engaging and communicating with us at every step of the process. When we had a bump of a property we had had an offer accepted on being withdrawn from the market by its vendors due to an unfortunate change in their circumstances, he made sure to call us straight away when another property that fit our specs became available, and was diligent in getting our questions answered so that we were armed with all the info we needed at the viewing in order to make an offer among a competitive field. And with credit to his communication and advice, we are very pleased to have had an offer accepted. Based on our experience as buyers, we would definitely recommend Jack, and I have no doubt that he would also engage well with vendors and work hard to get them a good sale. I am impressed greatly by Chancellor’s Headington office Rebecca Falcini doing my first few months review on tenant leasing condition, she set an appointment with me and came to the house I rented make sure I move in everything in good order and make sure the land lord property is in good condition. Wel let me explain why I gave you one star. I called you guys few times for rental inquiry. While I was talking I was disconnected couple of times but no one bothered to call me back and it was so hard to get hold of you guys. Once someone picked up phone and stated talking to someone else. When I got hold of you finally and booked appointment I was called later in the evening and informed that slots are not available and slot on Saturday is available only which I said I am not available for. The person on the side was rude and didn’t give me any other option or time for viewing the said property which doesn’t reflect good customer service or quality service you mentioned in your reply. I was just told by one of your team member that one start doesn’t affect your company at all when I called again to confirm viewing. I hope you got the answer. Thank you
