I have been property searching with no luck for the last few month's. Frankie Poole from Chancellors Headington has been the most professional, available and efficient agent I've ever worked with! She is always such a pleasure to talk to and was really just so helpful when it came to securing a place. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences and guided us through the process and was very knowledgeable. She's a reliable and trustworthy agent who worked around our schedules and was always very flexible. She went above and beyond in her role - she was happy to speak after the office had closed in order to sort any issues that had arised. She had great communication and was always contactable and kept me informed every step of the way. She chased on my behalf and helped speed up the process and I really couldn't have done it without Frankie! She has been a stand out agent and we have been satisifed with the service - we were really lucky to have her! I highly recommend and am grateful to her and will be sure to use her services again!

We have been dealing with Jack Williams, Executive Sales Negotiator, Chancellors Headington for purchase of a property. Jack arranged to show us the property and was kind enough to accommodate us for a second viewing also. He is very punctual and provided us details of the property and explained all the details of the property. He was very patient in providing all the details, arranging the appointment. The Chancellors team at Headington have helped me to rent out my house. Their service were diligent and the process when smoothly. Jonathan Pincott was very attentive to my requirements and the advertising was well organised. Also, Francesca Deacon has dealt swiftly with arranging the documentation required for renting the house. However, I believe that their service would greatly improve if quotes from several contrators are provided for each job and that those quotes are based on the contractors actually visiting the house to assess how big the jobs are.
