GoogleJake Witchalls was extremely helpful. Arriving from overseas, and finding the process daunting he provided us with a list of properties to see, and very prompt responses including securing us a place very quickly. Very friendly and great to deal with.

GoogleTerrible communication, never replied to my multiple emails. The only emails i've recieved from them are ones asking for more money as they lie about not recieving payments (even though I have proof of payments). Strongly recommend students go through another agency as Chancellors try to take advantage of first time buyers (like myself). Very poor service.

FacebookWaiting over a week for a viewing when I am a cash buyer is unacceptable. So is insisting on a BAFO on one house today and not enabling me to view the possible alternate. Staff have little or zero knowledge of the house you are viewing. All In All very very frustrating !!

GoogleI have never been treated with such disrespect. I am calling to rent a property and pay huge sum, nevertheless, they hang up, shout on the phone and refuse to answer basic questions - what an awful group of sad people!

GoogleHeadington branch staff are rude. Do not help you with your query. Do not bother to answer the phone or emails, and finally let you down after making false promises. Absolutely dreadful service.

FacebookThey misplaced the keys we returned and now almost 2 weeks and still no check out inventory done. The owner has moved in and is living at the property... so any damage caused now will likely be blamed on us... no clue when/if my £2k deposit will be returned. No one ever calls you back. Would not recommend

GoogleHave contacted this company multiple times regarding a commercial property they have advertised to let in Caversham. I have never received a response from an agent, only a secretary with the assurance an agent would call. Same again from their online chat function. Landlords should go elsewhere as this is no way to do business.

Facebookavoid them!! two viewings arranged with them. one in Oxfordshire and one in Wiltshire, but agents did not show up at all. made us to drive 1:30 hours and realising the house is under offer since a month ago. would not be looking to buy a house if being advertised by them.
