Tried to rent a house through them last year and they didn't/wouldn't/couldn't listen to our requirements. Showed us 2 properties that I wouldn't have put a dog up in. They seemed to be all about the money and weren't interested in us as customers. And what's up with their excorbitant fees, much higher than both the estate agents we tried after them.
We settled on Christopher Bice who were much more understanding of what we needed.

FacebookI bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.

Where do they expect you to live when your house is sold ? The rudest,most condescending,arrogant people in the world. Are chancellors trying to control the whole property market with their aggressive tactics?I would never market a property with them as they refuse to allow viewings.

FacebookI would be very careful about letting a property through Chancellors. We sadly used them for a year and found them to be of very little help. It appears that they allow tenants to damage your property whilst living there and give you zero support in claiming this money back out of the deposit. They act through a sub company called Thameside management and the staff there are neither knowledgable or helpful.
