Absolute terrible experience with your nest. Left the house very clean and had £608 deducted from a total of £1200 deposit. Tried to dispute this with your nest as they never fixed the hoover which was complained about several times, and the house was left in a much cleaner state than we moved in. Complained about bannister not being attached to wall among many other complains which were not looked into until months later, many of which were never fixed. Your-nest refused to give us anymore of our deposit back.
Hello Ellie, Thank you for your review. although none of this is true and by leaving a 1 star review it affects everyone's lively hoods and the families of everyone we employ. 1. You didn't leave the house in a great state, after 2019 agents cannot make a penny on the cleaning invoices and what you were charged is exactly what the cleaners charged us. We did not live in the property so why should us or the landlord pay this? 2, The banister was not reported on fix flo, strangely we fixed this the first week the new tenants arrived as they reported it correctly. I suspect you mentioned this in passing to people rather than using the maintenance portal we have. 3, The hoover was also not reported on fix-flo or sent to our maintenance team. the new tenants reported this and the part that was missing (not broken) was replaced within a week. Although we must ask the question as to how this was lost in the first place and by who. We have made sure all your statutory documents were completed on time, and that all you compliance was perfect all year. It is clear you do not know what goes into managing a property. you didn't leave the property clean and ALL tenants emailed us agreeing to the deductions. If you were not happy you should of raised a dispute to the TDS which is your rite and we would of submitted our evidence. You have left a 1 star review based on 1 thing, this is not an accurate review at all as we made sure you were safe and well catered throughout your student tenancy.

From our initial meeting, to finalising the letting of my flats I have been so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and communication. GoogleThe choice of letting agencies in this part of Leeds is huge. But a lot of them are 'low hanging fruit' when it comes to service. Easy to pick but a bit over ripe. Your Nest service is better. This is because you deal with the people who run and own the business and the 'can do' attitude has never been higher. As a Landlord of some years I have found this small friendly and efficient company to be the fruit worth reaching for.

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of the excellent, and certainly over-and-above, service we have received Ben and Sarah. They found us great new tenants for our buy-to-let and even lent us a washing machine and fridge on the day they moved in as we had forgotten to buy them. Ben also sourced, delivered and fitted the new ones for us as we live in Somerset - amazing! My son also has properties that they manage and he has also experienced the same superb service. Well done team.
