I am purchasing a house with this firm. Both Amelia Adams and Paul Jennings were both very helpful from organising viewings, talking me through the sale, all the way through to speaking to solicitors when progress was slowing down. A very helpful, friendly and effective team.

I am really impressed with the service from Preston Baker. They worked to a really tight schedule to sell our house. Tom's knowledge and skills really helped us to close the deal on our purchase. They are more expensive than some agents but I think they are good value for what they provide. Thanks!

My husband and I were looking for a short term let. I enquired with Paul Jennings about a property I had seen on their website and was dealt with quickly and professionally. Paul booked me in for a viewing the very next day and I am now in a lovely apartment. Highly recommended!

Jess was absolutely brilliant throughout the time of me selling my property! I credit Jess and the wider team at Preston Baker with the fact that it only took me 10 days to sell my house. I wouldn't trust any other estate agents in Leeds.
