Jess is, in a word, amazing. Can't thank her enough for what she's done twice for me now. Anyone reading this DO NOT make the mistake I did, high street estate agents are not the ones, they'll sell you an over inflated price to get you in a contract and then you're just a number. Jess in particular, and preston baker overall are personal, honest, always at the end of the phone for reassurance or advice I honestly cant say enough kind words for how amazing they were. Jess has now sold 2 houses for me and my family and going forward, I won't be going to anyone else. Preston baker but mostly Jess are all that you need when going through a stressful enough time selling and buying. Not enough stars on here to give them, thankyou Jess for all you did for me and my kids, you're a superstar!!!!!

We saw Andrew via social media presenting a house that Preston Baker were selling. Myself and my wife thought it was a fresh way of selling a house. We asked Andrew for a meeting as we found our dream home and were looking to sell ours as soon as possible. Andrew came over and showed us the full process. from valuation to exchanging contracts. They say moving house is the most stressful thing you do in your life, but Andrew and his team made it the easiest thing we’ve ever done. We were informed all through the process and having an open day for buyers to view our house made it so comfortable, as we didn’t have to take random days off work to show people around. Unfortunately we won’t be moving from our new house, but if we were, we would be calling Andrew straight away!

We were really impressed with the Professionalism, speed and full range of services offered by Preston Baker when we sold our house in Kirkstall, Leeds. Living a good two and half hours away it was important that we had a selling agent who could handle everything remotely. Andy and Jess were brilliant organising decorators, some maintenance work carried out by the Preston Baker Team, being available to let in carpet fitters and generally taking the worry and hassle out of the process. The sale was concluded in less than 3 months, we got good advice about what to do before we sold, solicitor and progress chasing company recommendations and a good price for the property. We also felt importantly that our buyers got a house that was fully prepared and ready to move straight into. If you need to sell in Leeds area and live at a distance Preston Baker should be your first choice.

My sale in Headingley completed this week. Preston Baker now have self employed associates who each cover their own area, and that clearly works. I can't say enough good things about Jess Fox who I believe covers Headingley, Horsforth, Kirkstall, Leeds City Centre etc along with her business partner Andy. Jess was clearly invested personally in selling my house, and put so much effort in from start to finish. At the outset she advised me how to make small changes to my house to make it more attractive to a wider audience. She proactively contacted potential buyers and conducted the viewings herself. Jess knows her area, knows her properties, knows her potential buyers and is great at matching them up. You're not just a name on a list. Who else would give a first time buyer who was new to Headingley a personal tour of the area after their viewing?! Once an offer was accepted, Jess was adept at managing all parties involved (buyer/seller & solicitors) and getting the sale completed. During Jess's holiday as my completion neared, her colleague Andy was able to step in seamlessly and keep the momentum up. All in all, Jess & Andy took the pain out of a stressful process with professionalism, humour & hard work.

Jess handled the sale- she was brilliant throughout- she understood the house and the area we lived in, organised a launch day where we had loads of viewings and secured us several offers. The buyer we ended up choosing has been great and it has been smooth sailing from there. Worth the price. Just pay the extra money in fees and go with Preston baker. Great service with sale and purchase. I had placed my house on sale with a different estate agent and had no good offers nothing even near asking price. However once I swapped to PB they took over in no time and sold it on launch day at a great price. From there I found a house that was on sale with PB. I spoke to Racheal who was amazing, she managed everything from negotiating the price to placing an offer and all the way to completion. I also went with PB mortgage brokers and was dealing with Micheal. He helped me and my partner get a mortgage at an amazing rate. But he was also involved in the whole process from negotiating the price to accepting our offer to the completion which I would never have expected. He was amazing. I had two points of direct contact with PB, Racheal and Micheal and they were available whenever I needed them. I loved the communication through WhatsApp which made life so much easier. I also took the solicitor’s with PB and they were amazing as-well, great communication and great turn around. There were bumps in the road nothing is smooth sailing but both Micheal and Racheal reassured me and helped sort everything out. I would recommend taking the whole package from mortgage brokers to solictors with PB.
