GoogleThank you to all in the Headingley Branch at Preston Baker, especially Jess Fox. We recently sold our house and the service was superb. By using Preston Baker we achieved £7,000 over our asking price and actually came out with £11,000 more than had we gone with one of the other agents!!
Jess set up a launch day, we had 14 viewers in one day, she then went on to get multiple offers for us resulting in sealed bids.
Jess worked really hard to get us the best offer and to fit in around us, her communication was brilliant.

We also dealt with Mark later in the process and although we understood him to be new to the office and our house sale he was a very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
