GoogleI get a house for rent in Leeds by the help of Oasis Properties. This home is perfect according to my requirement because I am a student of Leeds University and only 5 km distance away form my University

GoogleOnly a month of stay in a flat; provided by OASIS, during my thesis consultation in the university. I have enjoyed the peace and calm atmosphere with no problems of any disturbance. I am astonished of their quick service.

Oasis Properties have not helped us in any way with the many issues that we have faced in the property and have been overall quite unpleasant in dealing with all the tenants. Always quick to put down the phone and always giving half hearted efforts in contacting our landlord (that we are not allowed to know) regarding the emergencies e.g. leaks we have found in the house.

FacebookStaff rude and unhelpful. House over run by mice,Oasis failed to control the situation.Mice scuttling round the bedrooms and kitchen cupboards.Not conducive to one’s health. Tried to negotiate a rent reduction but Oasis refused. Despite this Oasis are still renting it out next year.Bring plenty mouse traps. Avoid at all costs

Oasis were very slow at doing any repairs if they even did them .At one point the students were using lots of pans to stop a leak flooding the room. When sent home from university closure because of Covid 19 they refused to make any compromise on rent and unused utilities costing the students over £12000 (twelve thousand pounds) for nothing

GoogleCustomer advisors are awful. Called them to enquire about properties and the guys goes “nothing” to every question i asked. No manners. Didn’t even try to ask me when I’m looking to move etc. worst experience 0 star .

GoogleRude, non responsive and made the negotiation of not having to pay the last months rent because of COVID just to retract the offer last minute, and are threatening to get solicitors involved in the next 24 hours. Relatively nice properties but come with loads of maintenance issues and expensive for what you get. Avoid.

GoogleHave had two sets of keys between the three of us after a month of moving in. They haven’t sorted mould in rooms or any of our problems. They have used my name on a bill that can affect my credit score without permission and are refusing to sort it out. Awful business

GoogleExcellent landlords, good work, reason able prices, really helped me out in a time of need, and the staff are all so nice and friendly. would defiantly recommend this to others.

Very unhelpful and rude on the phone. A maintenance issue is outstanding for a year which they were not aware of despite there being a paper trial. Made no attempt to resolve the problem and hung up when speaking to them.

GoogleI have been dealing with Oasis as a sub contractor for many years and have always found them to be honest and reliable, they seem to get problems sorted out very quickly and the owners are always respectful to all. There are many other companies I work with but are not as good as Oasis. Yours faithfully Mr Neil Sowerby

GoogleWorst landlord company I ever stayed with. We payed a lot for a house which turned out to have mould then a leak and nothing was done about it. Awful company which has no interest in helping tenants. Would strongly recommend anyone to stay clear of the letting agency and would have loved someone to tell me this before hand.

We came to look at getting a student house in February & the staff at Oasis were really knowledgable & helpful. They weren't at all pushy but listened to what we wanted & we ended up signing for a house that was exactly what we were looking for. We can't wait to move in. I would definitely recommend Oasis Properties.

GoogleUseless at replacing things quickly. Tried to take money from us for, "Cleaning Costs" despite the flat looking 10x better than the state we got it in.

GoogleAwful. Had rodents all year and they didn’t sort it. Rodent deterrent in the kitchen with rat poison under counters yet they claim this have never been a problem. Would never recommend and feel sorry for the next tenants.

GoogleAt time of writing have had no heating for 2 weeks. No hot water for 3 days. Oasis dropped off 3 heaters rather than actually fixing anything - one doesn't work, one is a fire hazard (sparks shooting out the plug), and the other couldn't warm a cupboard. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAlthough we did not sign with Oasis, we had a very positive experience with viewings with Danielle, who put in so much effort with us, she had brilliant communication and was very patient after lots of viewings!! All the staff we came into contact with seemed very friendly! Thank you!

GoogleOverall ok throughout the year, but tried to tell us they'd sent us our deposit back when they hadn't, and required a month of chasing to finally have it returned... Basically lied to us...

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting, heartless people. They would prefer you to die from black mould than sort it. SWEARING at customers. Gross.
