GoogleGreat experience buying our first home through Manning Stainton. The Headingley team were super responsive to all our enquiries and a special mention for Charlotte Poutney, who was our Move Manager and constantly chased the seller and their solicitors to move things along as efficiently as possible. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI have been in contact with Manning Stainton in Headingley since February 2019. I have spoken to or now met in person with Jenny, Lucy, Victoria, Evelyn, Laura, Samira and Amy. I am not local to Leeds and I can only praise these ladies for the support and consistent service they have provided in assisting me with my property search and viewings (which aren't easy to co-ordinate when you are not in the area daily), and making my relocation less stressful. Jenny and Amy have been especially helpful and highly professional. They are a hard working team and I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future for both letting and selling. 'Big Up' to the Girls - Great Work!!

GoogleAll of the staff at Manning Stainton have been so helpful towards our house purchase. Really friendly and responsive, we’ve felt well looked after, especially by Chloe, Jenny and Olivia. Great team who communicate well between themselves, so they are able to cover each other in busy periods. We always received weekly updates, so we felt up to date and we never had to chase for any information.

GoogleI am selling my portfolio in Leeds using Manning Stainton where possible. Amy King - Branch Manager. I liked Amy King from the first meeting as she was straight & fair with her appraisal. Had some useful advice on property matters as well. Jenny Archer - Really nice person, down to earth but above all extremely capable & her experience showed on managing the sale. Easy to converse with. Listened, comprehended questions & concerns, explained the process, provided solutions, dealt like a true professional. Inspired confidence. Dealing with a buyer who was abroad on a different time zone. She made it look quite easy really. Would advise anyone to use this branch again but must have Jenny managing it. NB-I only wish some of the other branches within Manning Stainton were on this level.

GoogleI have used Mannings for a number of years and this office in particular for a number of buy to let purchases. Stevie and her team are always efficient and polite and often go above and beyond, especially when having to navigate some sellers & buyer solicitors and arranging surveys etc... wouldn't hesitate to recommend

GoogleI recently bought a house through Manning Stainton. They were brilliant from the get go! The vast majority of the properties I viewed were through Mannings - they just seemed to get the best properties! They were always quick to pick up the phone and very friendly - plus viewings we're really easy to book as they stored your details with your phone number, so when you ring up to book it's really quick instead of having to provide name, number, email, and address every time. The house we ended up buying was shown to us by Mannings before it was even put on the market, as it was similar to another property that I had had an unsuccessful offer on. Im sure this made the process much easier and cheaper for the seller. The purchase itself went very smoothly which I put down to the devoted and professional team at Mannings chasing up the solicitors and always being in contact with the sellers. Overall I've had a great experience with Mannings and I'd recommend them to any prospective buyers.
