GoogleI have had a most positive experience with Manning Stainton, Headingley, Leeds who have recently sold two of my investment properties. Everyone in the office was super-efficient and particular mention to Katerina for her patience and efficiency. I would wholeheartedly recommend this firm to anyone buying or selling.

GoogleWe found Mannings really terrible, both when we were trying to sell through them and when viewing houses. They posted letter through our mailbox saying that x couple were looking to buy a property like ours, then when we signed up with them they were very critical of our house and told us they couldn’t ‘magic us a buyer’, advised to reduce by £20,000. They outrageously rejected a good offer for us without our knowledge and lost us the buyers. When we went with another estate agent at a lower price they sent us a letter saying that our house is worth more than we think and advertising their services! Every time we spoke to them it was to a different person and no one knew what was going on. When we viewed houses to buy through them they didn’t know anything about them, and didn’t make any effort whatsoever to highlight good aspects of the house. Just terrible, please save yourself some serious stress and avoid them. We eventually sold with Dacres and they were highly professional, personable and positive.
