GoogleI rented a house through Linley. They asked for 12 months advance payment! and increased the rental price after 6 months of moving in! And they refused to do maintenance (roof was leaking), and then asked me to pay for it after I moved out! Shambolic and unprofessional.

GoogleOne of the properties they managed leaked water into my flat 6 times over the course of a few months and every time they "fixed" the issue it happened again. Total lack of any kind of empathy or sense of urgency to fix the issue. And no apology from anyone.
