GoogleLaine, Debbie and the staff at the Headingley office have exceeded my expectations every time I've had contact with them. Prior to moving into the flat they alerted me to I was beginning to despair that I would never find a quality property to rent in North Leeds - quality apartments in this area seem to be few and far between. I arranged to view one at the Becketts, a great building in a great location, however half hour before I was due to see it it was snapped up. However, I got a very welcome call from Laine a couple weeks later - another flat was becoming available - did I want to see it? Quickly I was able to view and accept the flat - the whole process expedited by them quickly, professionally and with great kindness. The level of service that I have been offered has been five star and the quality of the property has exceeded my expectations.
