GoogleIf you are looking for an agent to rent your domestic property, especially if you are a first-time landlord, then I strongly recommend you talk to Laura Philips at Reed Rains, Hazel Grove. Good advice and good service during the preparation of the property for rent , the advertising and letting of the property and management during the tenancy. And all with a smile! Brian.

The Trusted AgentThe best Letting Agent I have dealt with!
I have been dealing with the Hazel Grove Branch for a number of years as a landlord (to purchase property and also let out property), every member of staff I have dealt with has impressed me. My main contact is Laura Philips and I have to say she is excellent in everything in everything she does and an absolute pleasure to deal with..

GoogleBe careful with this company they refused to give me my deposit back.. Not only that but others have experienced this too.... Just read their online reviews first.
Agent replied
We have now returned the deposit and we apologise for the delay. It was a very complex deposit return because we were the third agent to manage this let, and because neither your landlord or the previous agents held a record of the deposit. Kind regards, Corelia Moseley, Lettings Centre Manager

GoogleDealt with everyone in the office and was impressed with the high quality customer service. Went above and beyond what was expected and nothing was too much trouble for them - even late night house showings. Reeds rains exceeded my expectations for an estate agent so a big thank you to everyone. Would definitely use them again.

YellUnsatisfactory service
I wanted to view a bungalow I was interested in buying. First time, estate agent could not gain access despite confirming appointment that morning. Second occasion, again after confirmation that morning, I was told another couple would view with me. Unhappy. I was told 'other couple are coming from Yorkshire' so my appointment moved.

GoogleI rang up to view a property to Buy, Lewis who answered the phone was really really polite and pleasant. When i asked a more complex question he forwarded me to Dean who was also very helpful. Even though i didn't end up buying i wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will certainly recommend.

GoogleDealt initially with David Latus at Edgeley Branch (very good) then with Laura Furness at Hazel Grove to arrange and manage a rental of one of our properties. She has provided a first class, professional service in a friendly manner and kept us fully informed at all stages. Very happy to recommend.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
