From the moment I left my enquiry message, Janie was quick to respond, and her friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease. Our phone conversation was not only informative but also incredibly pleasant. She took the time to accommodate my schedule, especially considering my work commitments and a recent surgery, which I truly appreciated.
During her valuation visit, Janie was just as lovely in person. She offered genuine compliments about my home and provided insightful advice that highlighted her expertise in the field. What really stood out to me was the absence of any pressure or hard-selling tactics, a refreshing change! Hamptons, under Janie's guidance, provided all the necessary information and then patiently allowed me the time to make my decision without feeling rushed.
Although I ultimately found that Hamptons was slightly above my budget, I wouldn't hesitate to consider them again in the future. If my circumstances change, I will definitely reach out, especially if Janie is still part of the team! Her professionalism, warmth, and understanding made a significant impact, and I wholeheartedly recommend her and Hamptons to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency. GoogleJanie from the Haywards Heath branch showed us round a lovely property recently - although it wasn't quite right for us, she was so professional in all of her dealings with us, from great communication to excellent knowledge of the property itself and the surrounding areas. She requested information from the landlord as we had a few questions, and came back to us so promptly. As landlords ourselves, we would have no hesitation in recommending Hamptons as a Letting Agent for landlords! She put in so much effort and was so kind, following up etc on our viewing.
