GoogleDidn’t realise a house sale could be so seemless. House was put on market, offer was made and accepted. Couple of communications with some trivial stuff. Next thing house is sold. 👍🏻 …

GoogleCalled to check a price of a property and the guy on the phone said he can’t help if I am unable to give him the exact road name. I would have thought if I gave him the location he would check. Not with this guy. Friday 4pm he just wanted me off the phone and couldn’t be bothered.

GoogleI can't thank Archie enough for the incredible support she provided my dad during his property purchase! Her expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an estate agent!

GoogleWe went to Charrison Davis after having a terrible experience with another Estate Agent who allowed a sale to fall through The service we have had from Charrison has been excellent so much that we sold a second property through them Chris obtained a fair price for both and Archie provided great follow up to ensure the sale went to completion

GoogleI cannot give this team at Charrison Davis in Kingshill Avenue, Hayes enough praise. Their helpful service for the sale of my property and purchase of new property far exceeded my expectations. Mark Armstrong went above and beyond to help me and I could not have stayed sane at times without his help and support. I would very highly recommend these agents and would most definitely use them again myself. All the staff are very friendly, willing to assist and go out of their way to get answers. Thank you Mark, Michael, Chris and Archie for EVERYTHING you did to help and guide me through this process. I struck gold the day I walked into this shop and could not have found a better Estate Agent.

GoogleWe marketed our property in Ickenham with Charrison Davies in September 2021, from the moment it was uploaded to all their portals we received interest, our first viewing was arranged by Micheal then Mark carried out viewings at the weekend, we received several full asking prices offers. We found Charrison Davies to be very professional throughout the whole sale and purchase, Mark & Michael were extremely professional and both friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend using Charrison Davies if you are considering selling your property 🏠 🏚 🏡

GoogleArchie Degun was fantastic and was communicating effectively until the completion. We could feel her better service as others in her office was always been busy to respond to our call and did not bother much until she is back in the office

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Having noticed a number of neighbours using Charrison Davis to sell there properties & being happy with the service we decided to do the same. The valuation was accurate & the pictures were excellent, Unfortunately our first sale fell through but they wasted no time in finding a new buyer & assisted us with getting the property sold within the time frame we gave. Communications were great, regular updates via phone or email & you could always speak to someone when you needed to. Thank you everyone for all your hard work.

GoogleBuyers beware. Watch out for tactics such as them saying “you’re the sellers first choice” and “your’e the favourite in this”. This will be followed by replies of can you up your offer? Always assume they’re doing the same to someone else. They will also tell lies saying “the seller has had a lot of knocks on their door asking them to sell to them” Don’t bother asking for a callback because they never do. Estate agents selling a property can do it with with dignity. Charrison Davis are an estate agent that doesn’t. More lies from the estate agent saying that they’ve never dealt with me below. I suggest you check your records again

Hi Jagdip, it appears you have Charrison Davis ( Hayes) branch mixed up with another company as we have no record of your name on our database and i can assure you none of our staff would use the phrases you've mentioned. Good luck with your property serach.
