GoogleI rang about a property at least 3 times that I was very interested in buying as soon as, even thinking to put down a deposit for the property so nobody else buys it. The staff kept telling me they will ring me back and organise a viewing but they never. I even asked my girlfriend to call they said the same thing. It’s very unprofessional especially when somebody is in a hurry to buy in cash and they pay no attention to it. I do not recommend them at all, even though I have selected 1 star they don’t even deserve that. It’s been selected so I can post this message to whoever that wants to buy or wants to rent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

You clearly have the wrong estate agent , anybody that has ever bought or sold through us know we don’t accept deposits from buyers , kindly contact the correct Estate Agent with your grievances

GoogleWhat a joke of an agent!!!!! I have been calling to view a property for more than 3 days. Firstly had a word with someone who made me fill out a form without doing this you cannot find out any details. After this was filled and sent back i have had no response and had called multiple times only to find out they have sooo many offers on the table. Sort it out! your all in the same office so don't understand how you find it hard to call someone back who has called multiple times. Waste of an agent.

GoogleHad the best fortune of working with Mark Armstrong .Without him I don’t think our move would have happened. Pro active, re-active , honest and reliable. We could not of asked for better service . Would definitely recommend. Knows the area, knows the buyer market and how to market a property. We had property with an online provider for 3 months and no success. Moved 17.09.24

GoogleRubbish service by rubbish people. They are really after your money but otherwise they don't give it a toss. Not reliable at all and unavailable; for instance: unable to organize a viewing for your home (wanted to do a weekend viewing and contacted them and they told they can't do Saturday, then we contacted the Seller who interestingly was available for a weekend viewing, so the only person who was not available for doing their job was the agent), and also when you go to meet the agent the person you're looking for is not there ever, never met the selling agent in person. Could not get our keys and papers from them. They don't pass the messages left to each other. The most astonishing is that they even lie into your face - even if you have proof of it. We three don't recommend them at all.
